How do you handle fear and self-doubt?
This is how I handle fear or self doubt, I just say to myself: “you’re going to do it.”
When that feeling hits the pit of your stomach and you are dreading the performance, project or task, even though you’ve been looking forward to it for ages.
You just say to yourself: “I don’t care how I feel I’m going to to do it.”
It is just a feeling, adrenalin use it in your favour, make it a super power.
