How can you build a regular fitness routine?
How I build a regular fitness routine suits me fine, I do it five days out of seven and I stick to it.
The reason I stick to it is because I feel comfortable doing it, in the past I’ve been doing excerise and I’ve not liked it, so I started making up littleb excuses to have a day off.
So my advice would be, do what suits you, be comfortable and add to it when you feel the time is right.
