Rice

A few years ago I wanted to surprise Jeni my wife with a romantic meal, but I didn’t do much cooking.

So I set the table and put flowers out, the meal I was cooking was fried rice, I’ve had it before, it can’t be that hard to cook.

Well I just poured the rice straight in the frying pan and started frying it, it was burning and nearly set the kitchen a light.

When I served it to her she couldn’t even try it, Jeni knew what I tried to do and it was a disaster.

Fried rice I tried twice.

I have eaten before, once.

But cooking it. Wow!
