What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
Every morning when I get out of bed the first thing j do is my stretches.
I do neck stretches, side stretches and then touch my toes, it gets the blood pumping around my body.
HAIKU
In the morning light.
Stretching in good for the day.
It make the blood flow.
