How do you practice self-care?
I’m always practicing self-care, from stretching in the morning, walking home from work and exercising when I get home, some barbells and my legs.
Also every Sunday morning a full groom to make sure I look pretty.
I also do deep thinking and make sure at least a few times a month out in nature.
I think it is one of the most important things you must do for YOU.
