What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?
Everyone gets negative feelings I think it is in the human genetics, we can’t escape from it and it drives me mad.
I know that because I am a deep thinker, my mind processes everything that happens and everything I see in life, on social media in the news and it gives me negative feelings.
I’m a positive person, but I have serious bouts of negativity; I had one yesterday. I couldn’t get it out of my mind and I had to go through everything in my entire life one by fucking one; I couldn’t pin point anything.
This morning I feel much better, but I am sick of it; I like all things positive and exciting, I like getting a buzz out of life, not feeling negative, so how am I going to handle it, from this day on, what will be my strategie.
Im going to focus on what I want to do in life, and I won’t let the negativity win, I will not look on social media and listen to the news too much and focus on the good in my life.
