What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?
The first thing I have to do when I get out of my pit and it doesn’t matter if its a work day that starts at 2am (GMT) or a day off, is my stretching, neck tilts six of each and then body side tilts.
That is the most important or I’ll be like the walking dead all day, then clean-up face and pegs, then the second important thing coffee.
During my first hour I also take ny one-a-day vitamins and do the cat litter, exciting isn’t it.
Haiku
One, two, three, four, stretch.
Bend those hips and lose those chips.
Now I need coffee.
