Say No

How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?

How often do I say no? These days loads of the time, when I use to have my business back in 2010 I would never say no and that is why I don’t have a business now.

Can you do this, can you do that, yes, yes, yes, it got me down in the end I didn’t think it would but it did.

If I can give you just one bit of advice say no more to things that don’t matter, with me I didn’t want to let people down, but you have to concentrate on you.

These days I say no all the time, if I feel I need to, it might be I don’t feel right or something else is already in my diary.
