Are there any activities or hobbies you’ve outgrown or lost interest in over time?
When I was younger I had a strange hobby, it was collecting beer cans.
I use to log the name of the, country it originated from, brewery, name and type of beer, e:g Stout, Lager or Ale.
Then I would write in my book and give it a reference number.
Friends and family use to bring me a can back when they went on holiday or traveled to a different part of the world.
I can’t remember, but I think the world record was 10,000; that is all different cans, I believe the guy had his garage full and even in a spare room in his house.
I had about 150 different beer cans, I use to have them on show in my bedroom.
When I decided to stop collecting it was a big decision to have to recycle them, but I did with a heavy heart.
