Muffins?

What’s your favorite thing to cook?

I know cooking and baking are not exactly the same, but you are in the kitchen area and you must use heat….well here is a question in making salad cooking?

Anyway I digress, what I’m getting at is at the moment my favourite think to do is making Muffins, now again in different parts of the world they are known different.

I was grown up calling them Muffins, but could  be known as Baps, Breadcakes or Bread roll, as a Northern lad in England it was: “Go to Chippy and get a chip muffin for ya tea”.

Considering I only cook baked beans, well warm them up making these Muff…call them what you like I do a good job.
